I have known Rod for over 10 years and have been eating at Hog Heaven ever since then. Not only is taking the drive up the mountain to enjoy some GREAT FOOD, Rod has been catering our company events for the last couple of years. WOW what a treat it is. He shows up and caters the entire event till the end, the food is wonderful as always, he knows his stuff, he brings just the right amount every time. Our department looks forward to the event each year and will continue to have Hog Heaven cater our annual company picnics. To anyone that has not experience Hog Heaven you are definitely missing out, and I encourage you to take the drive and get you some GREAT BBQ!!!!

We had Hog Heaven cater our Summer BBQ this year and it was amazing. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was great, could not have asked for more. Rod prepared enough food to feed over 60 employees and everything was perfect. We will definitely be using Hog Heaven in the near future. I highly recommend Rod for family and/or work functions; you just can’t beat the prices, food and service. Yum!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello Rod,
Thank you again for the wonderful BBQ feast you provided for us last Friday. BENTEK has grown rapidly over the last few years and we require catered meals for all 100 employees at least a couple of times a month. Many employees commented that Hog Heaven provided the best catered meal so far! And all on less than 24 hours’ notice! On a personal note, I’m from Memphis, the BBQ capital of the South, and your pulled pork is the most authentic Memphis BBQ outside the Memphis boundaries that I’ve ever tasted! The flavor is in the meat—it’s not swimming in sauce. DELISH!

Anyone who loves BBQ, please take note!
Hog Heaven is just what it says.......great stuff!
We booked catering services from Rod, the owner, on Friday, June 19, 2009.
About 40 of us attended a team building event up in Evergreen @ Dedisse mt. park in the pavillion.
The weather was great, fun had by all, and many, many compliments on the food and service from Hog Heaven!
They even sell their own BBQ sauce, which was mighty tasty.
Rod was VERY accommodating, suggesting what would be best with our group, side dishes, and his to die-for cobbler and bread pudding!
Can I order some delivered today??? He even stayed and served our group himself~ ! As a bonus, we even received complimentary ribs
just for a try. We ordered a tray with whole pieces of chicken, one of pork and one of BBQ beef.
The meat very moist, not dry, and served with different spicey sauces.
In order to get to our function, the event had to be catered from miles away, but not a problem for this outfit. They supplied all the fixin's, including serving sets, so we will be keeping them in mind for our next function.
Please check them out, otherwise you just might (not - ed) know what you are missing. :)

We had Hog Heaven cater a work function for 40+ people and we were amazed at how good it was! The pulled pork melted in your mouth. The Kielbasa was phonominal. They were on time and very professional. We will not be using anyone else for our business lunches any longer.

Subject: Your BBQ sauce
About 3 years or so ago. Some people that worked there were here in TorC for the funeral of a sister or relative. I was working at the then Best Western Motel and I gave them a great discount on their room. In turn they brought me some smoked pork and some of the barbeque sauce. If you could would you please send me the detail of cost and shipping for your sauce? I have never had such a good sauce.

Your BBQ has a fantastic reputation... My son (who lives in Ohio) just told me that he's going to be coming out to Colorado Springs to see me on his way to Hog Heaven! He's been hearing about your place from some of the Harley riders' forums. Many of the riders will drive far out of their way just to have a meal at your place.
I just wanted you to know that you're doing a great job out there! I may not wait for his visit. Some weekend this Spring I may be taking a side trip to Bailey!
